Every product page follows the same layout, so once you know what each part means, comparing products gets a lot faster.

Puff count

For disposables, puff count is the manufacturer’s estimate of how many puffs the device is rated for before it runs out. It’s a useful rough comparison between devices, though actual results vary with how long and how often you puff.

Flavors and colors

Where a product comes in multiple flavors or colors, you’ll see them listed as options on the page — pick the one you want before reaching out so your inquiry already has everything needed to quote you correctly.

Pack options

Some products (mainly gummies) are sold in more than one pack size, each with its own price. If a product has pack options, the price shown starts from the smallest pack — the page will show the full breakdown.

Compatible sticks and devices

On heated tobacco products, you’ll see a cross-reference to compatible sticks or devices — useful if you already own a device and just need to know which sticks work with it, or vice versa.
